Medicine Entry
All the information you need from every Australian university offering medicine — divided by state, so you can quickly find what's relevant to you.
Two very different tests, depending on your pathway.
Entrance Exams
UCAT
Undergraduate entry
A 2-hour computer-based test used as a prerequisite for most undergraduate medical degrees in Australia. Tests aptitude and skill sets rather than subject knowledge.
GAMSAT
Postgraduate entry
A 5.25-hour test across two sittings in one day, used for graduate-entry medicine. Open to any bachelor's degree — science background not required.
